Charles A. Eissa has served as our President and as one of our directors since November 2005 and is our co-founder. In April 2004, Mr. Eissa founded InTransit Media, a specialized advertising and marketing services company, and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer until the sale of the company in February 2006. He was involved in the 1998 inception of Seisint, Inc., a leading database and technology services company subsequently acquired by LexisNexis. From 1998 until 2004, Mr. Eissa was part of the team at Seisint, Inc. that co-founded and spun off a division named eDirect.com, which went on to make several key mergers and acquisitions consolidating under the name of Naviant, a company specializing in permission-based Internet marketing that was subsequently acquired by Equifax.
From 1989 until 1997, Mr. Eissa served as Vice President of Sales for Lens Express Inc. During Mr. Eissa’s tenure, Lens Express Inc. earned its place on the Inc. 500 for three consecutive years and was subsequently acquired by 1-800-Contacts. Mr. Eissa has been recognized through many published articles and public speaking engagements, including Inc Magazine, International Quality & Productivity Centers and The Institute for International Research. Mr. Eissa is a licensed Health and Life Insurance agent in all 50 states.
